Don has over 30 years experience in the contruction and real estate market in addition to holding a Florida Real Estate Broker's License in good standing.  He has not only built condominiums of all sizes, but he as seen them through to turnover and handled warranty disputes and litigations.

Individual projects accredited to him are in excess of $350 million dollars.  He was born and raised in Florida and has extensive experience with all aspects of Florida coastal construction.

Krystal Smith, Operations Manager

Todd Howard, Maintenance Supervisor

Todd has 15 years experience in the field of construction. He oversees the daily maintenance and cleaning of each association. He is always available to assist the on site staff with anything that might arise.

• His background enables him to be more than just top notch maintenance – he does many repairs that associations might have to hire a contractor to do. Todd is also a certified pool technician as well as being qualified in several mechanical areas including, HVAC and Electrical applications.
